Due to poor care talking & lack of regular watering .
High pollution around them  on the roads which prevent  them to get proper sun light & basic elements of photosynthesis. 
sometime animal eat them or during road renovation or expansion authorities cut them .

There are numerous factors which cause roadside plants cannot grow properly they are: 1)The less caring and not providing water properly.2) Photosynthesis factors and elements will not be getting them properly some of the animals may destroy them. 3)Ďue to the loss of much care and the excessive pollution the plants cannot grow properly .
