why room are provided with the ventilators near the roof ?

Ventilators are used for the purpose of letting hot air pass out of the room. Hot air is heavier than cold air. So cold air sinks down towards the floor while hot air rises up towards the roof. Thus ventilators are present near the roof, so the hot air than had accumulated there can escape out easily.

It is done so to remove the harmful impure air and to replace it by the cool fresh air. The air we breath out is warm and so it is lighter. It rises upwards and can go out through the ventilators provided near the roof.

The cold fresh air from outside enters the room through the doors and windows. Thus, the convention current is set up in the air.
