why running makes a person breathe faster?

It is because when a person runs then the oxygen consuming value increases which causes deficiency . Therefore the brain orders the lungs to catch the oxygen faster than the normal which results in faster breathing.

☀This is because our blood carries carbon dioxide our cells to our lungs to let us to breath all the bad gases outside.

☀when we exercise, our cells works harder and need more oxygen.and they also produce carbon dioxide.



☀Running makes a person to breath harder, because our body is not capable of taking in sufficient amount of oxygen.

☀ And thus applies more force for Breathing.
