Well, the both sales audit and sales analysis are done to determine how the company sale in going. Sales audit tell about the performing of sales team and help in determining the areas of problem. Sales analysis tells about the sales in the market whether they are growing or not. Therefore both of these are important in sales control as to know the market situation , keep on watch the sales team, to identify the problems and decisions taking process regarding sales increase or seizing the market opportunities .
