SINCE ITS NAME ONLY IMPLIES "SAND DUNES" THAT ITS RELATED TO SAND AND SANDS ARE A MAJOR PART FOR THE FORMATION OF A DESERT.IN SHORT, SAND DUNES ARE HILLS OF SAND.THESE MIGRATE FROM PLACE TO PLACE WITH THE DIRECTION OF WIND.
