Neutron charge is neutral and nucleus contains proton positively charged and electron possess negative charge

Neutrons are charged neutral....near the nucleus the bonding or attraction is high ...so they can't revolve ....more over the mass of the neutron is high but electrons can revolve coz it's far from the nucleus so easily revolve ...
