why sd card show ready

Explanation:

Get a different SD card, use a partition editor / somehow erase the thing to be unformatted. Put erased SD card in the phone, go to settings/storage, set up card for use, and when prompted agree to encrypting it. Remove the now set up SD card and put back in the old SD card.
