In most parts of the world, water is a scarce resource. That might seem strange, because there is so much water on Earth. Almost all of the water on Earth, more than 97 percent of it, is seawater in the oceans. The rest is called fresh water, because it does not have a high salt content.

SEA WATWR IS A POTENTIAL RESOURCE AS IT CONTAINS SALINITY IN IT AND WE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TAKE KUT THIS SALINITY AND USE IF FOR OUR DOMESTIC USE IT ALSO CONTAINS MANY MINERALS IN IT and we do not know the quantity of minerals in it thus it is a potential resource today but in future it will be a actual resource
