Answer: seeds are hairy and feathery so that they can fly in the air and go to a different place in search of a female plant. Plants and so all live adapts to there environments. If they do not adapt they will be dying out. Of course, they also compete with each other and some are better in there ability to adapt to the environment they live in and croute out others
