The size of Chlorine atom is considerably large and there will be huge steric crowding if 6 Cl atoms were to surround a Sulphur atom and therefore it does not exists .
In SF6 the Fluorine atom is small ans easily accomodated .
Note(Extra) : A phenomenon known as pseudorotation is observed in SF6 due to which both axial and equitorial bond lenght are equal .
