First of all why do sheep have wool on them is to protect themselves from winter and it is necessary for them. And if we rear their wool during winter season they cannot survive. So we rear them in summer season and when next winter comes within that time their wool will grow again.  Thank you. Hope it helps you and if it helps please mark me brainliest.
