it promotes regularity in human and human/governmental interactions.
It prevents totalitarianism, in that even the sovereign and the government that serves the sovereign is limited in what they can do to folks.
It makes it possible to do business with people far away, even over state lines.
It protects the individual’s rights against government incursions.
It makes life much, much simpler.
And our Constitution is the framework law on which all other laws are hung like Christmas ornaments.
As a citizen of india , we have right to follow the constitution.
