it shouldn't be done because if elections are done on the basis of religious discrimination, then there will be no diversity left in India. people will start leaving the country as they will not be supported in this country and be disrespected. this can harm the sentiments of a person and only the politicians who support this will win. this kind of elections, if held, will not allow the country to be classified as a democracy.
