The state government is to be held responsible for whatever welfare schemes the residents of the state go through. The financial problems of the state and the social locations of the employees of the state government employees is to be kept in mind by the state government .india is divided into several states and these states have there respective state governments to look after their needs. The state governments are however under the central government. This government is forms a centralized node of the Indian democracy from which all the state governments draw powers. That is why the central Government has to be more strong than the state governments themselves.
