Answer: a a good constitution should guarantee an independent and competent Judiciary and safeguard rule of law .if Judiciary is dependent there is influence of power and politics on everything .Hence it becomes partial  and fails to give fair verdict or judgement. This may create chaotic situations in all affairs of the nation.
