because curd and sour substance is acid , if we kept it in brass or copper vessel , acid react with vessels and form salt and water , because acid react with base it form salt and water

The curd and sour substances not be kept in the brass and copper because these liquids react tge metal of brass and copper and by the reaction hydrogen gas is evoled so te liquids may get damaged by tye hydrogen gas
