curd and sour substances not be kept in brass and copper vessels because because it will react with the brass and copper vessels and form a toxic substances which can harm the person

Curd and sour substance contain acids which react with brass and copper and form salt and water.... So it's advised that they shouldn't be kept in brass and copper vessels
