3. It gives the people a choice to independently choose their representatives..

the elections must held regularly with the period of 5 years.Because elections helps people in different ways they are:

1. People can choose their own ruler
2. after elections the member who elected take cares of the people
etc.....

If elections are held regularly,the country falls into dictatorship
