Every accused should be held innocent until proved otherwise because it is not true that every accused is guilty. It may be the case that someone has charged him/her accused on purpose. Moreover, it is not important that the accused is only the criminal. If it is not done so then it is possible that an innocent person get punished for a mistake he/she had not even done.
