Harvesting of honey is a procedure by which honey bees are preserved in artificial setup where they build honeycombs and store the liquid honey and in the harvesting season all the liquid Honey from honeycombs are extracted.

Honey Bee takes rest in the wool winter season meals in the whole winter season there is zero production of the honey.

To avoid the loss of the winter season it is preferable for honey harvesters to collect honey as much as possible till the end of the spring season.
