why should judges have a fair experience to be eligible for the post

The main job of the court is to resolve the issues of the people and ensure the laws are followed fairly in a free and fair manner by all citizens. The judge is a person who has a very high responsibility and this post requires a very high qualification and at least 5 or 7 years or maybe even more years of experience and the appointed judge must know all the rules very well and he should be able to make proper decisions in different situations and lastly he will have to do justice to the people.
