if justice would be partial then the people who made crime or were wrong would also win
by this the people who are right would get the punishment without doing anything
Then why would people believe in justice and go to court
so justice should always be impartial
Justice should be impartial because if the justice will not be in favour of anybody, then the right thing would win or elsewhere somebody who has more power and money will do the court towards his side and the right one would not get justice.
