Because it will lead mosquitoes to breed, and they will spread all over the place , especially the female anopheles mosquito, which causes malaria, and other diseases

We shud not let water get collected in our neighbourhood as many mosquitos can breed in the water and can cause various types of diseases like typhoid malaria dengue
