we should not neglect a toothache cause some of the bacteria in our mouths form a film over our teeth. if not removed with regular brushing and flossing ,this bacteria can inflect the gums . left untreated ,the gum infection can cause jawbone loss which ,in turn , cause teeth to loosen . in some cases ,the loosen teeth must be extracted.
