why should plastic waste not to be thrown which kitchen waste ?

The kitchen waste can be used as manure for the soil and provide nutrients (like nitrogen,phosphorus) to the plants.When the kitchen waste is dumped in plastic bags, these couldn't be used for manure and become waste. Also when kitchen waste is dumped in land packed in plastic animals like cows etc. consume it and die due to the harmful chemicals.
