Why should time not be wasted?
Answers
Rich people buy time, and poor people sell time for money.
Everyone has the same 24hr in a day, and yet some people accomplish more.
Every billionaire, millionaire, and post-grad spend the same hours each day. You can’t get more nor less. Time is social equality. Once you run out of your 24 hr, you get another refill, and then another, until the time is gone. Once the time runs out, it’s gone forever.
Elon Musk, Beyonce, Stephen King, and Tim Ferriss know how to master time.
Your idols are probably not much smarter or more capable than you are; they just use their time better. Individuals like Stephen King and Beyonce practice deep focus, states of flow, and attention management. Simultaneously, Elon Musk and Tim Ferriss experiment with different methods to get the most out of their time.
Time is the only commodity you can’t get back once used.

The average life is 79 years, 28,835 days, or 692,040 hours long.
When you’re born and at your richest, you’re not even a time millionaire. You’re almost 300,000 hours short of having a million hours in your life account and 981,165 days short of having a millionaire day account.
What if you only had $692,040 to spend during your lifetime? How would you spend the money? You probably wouldn’t care much at first, I assume. You may make a mental to create a savings plan later on, but you’re wealthy and don’t have to care about your spending habits right now. Eventually, the money runs out, and you realize that if you have spent your bucks wisely, you’d have more left while accomplishing more.
I’ve published 400+ articles, wrote a novel, moved across 3 countries, traveled through 20 cities, and opened my micro-creative agency in London, and I’ve done it in the past 10 months.
I accomplished more in the past year than I did in my whole life before then.
Plan for life, attention, and time.
Sleep 7hr to 8hr a night. Sleep was the best thing that happened to my life and business. I have more energy, make less costly mistakes, and enjoy feeling healthy. I feel more attractive too.
Block out your peak productivity hours for deep work. Find what time of the day you’re in your prime, and use that time for work. I use mornings for creative output and finish 3x more than I would later in the day. The best time is when you can control your attention.
Pay attention. Having a short attention span is the fastest way to achieve unaccomplished life. Productivity is more about attention management than scheduling tasks. Focus on one thing at a time, and don’t multitask.
Build small habits that lead to great success over time. Focus on minimum viable and repeatable tasks. I practice a foreign language every day for 10minutes, I write for a few hours every morning, and I exercise for 10min. Your efforts compound over time and produce great results.
Time mastery is the key to an accomplished life.
“Once you have mastered time, you will understand how true it is that most people overestimate what they can accomplish in a year - and underestimate what they can achieve in a decade!” — Tony Robbins.
