We should avoid standing close to a tuberculosis patient while he or she is coughing because TB is a airborne disease and can spread through air when the patient coughs or sneezes if we stand close to him or her.

TB or Tuberculosis is actually an airborne disease.
So, if one TB patient is coughing it means that the TB has chance to get inhaled by us.
This might results for us to suffer.
