Why should we breathe only through our nose?​

Firstly, breathing through the nose allow less quantity of air or takes longer time to inhale the same amount of air then by inhaling through mouth and therefore brings air at body temperature before entering into lungs. Neither too hot nor too cold to damage the lungs. Also it helps to filters the airborne particles before the air enters lungs.

we should breathe through our nose not from the mouth because our nose has small hairs inside our nose which don't allow the dust particles to enter in our body. whereas in mouth their is no such protection and we can inhale many dust particles while breathing from our mouth and can cause many health diseases.
