Why should we breathe through our nose

avijit03: bcz it has hairs which purify the air
vaibhavimanitripathi: because nostrils are smaller than mouth, are exhaled through the nose creates a back flow into the lungs. And because we exhale through more slowly through the nose than we do though our mouth the lungs have more time to extract oxygen the airwe have already taken it.

WE SHOULD BREATHE THROUGH OUR NOSE NOT MOUTH

Because the nostrils are smaller than the mouth, air exhaled through the nose creates a back flow of air (and oxygen) into the lungs. And because we exhale more slowly through the nose than we do though the mouth, the lungs have more time to extract oxygen from the air we've already taken in.

Beacuse we cannot breathe through mouth, we can breathe through our nostrils. Our lungs have the small cpacity to purify our oxgen, so through our nostrils we are breathing
