⭕We should eat less fried food because there are a lot of disadvantages of it which are given below :-
✴A lot of fried foods have MSG ( toxic salt ) which enhance "dead food" flavour.
✴Fried foods are high in calories and eating fried foods very often can lead to heart failure and more heart diseases
✴Eating a lot of calories tend to overweight which is bad for our health and it also makes a person feel embarrassed sometimes and the person lacks confidence after gaining a lot of extra fat.
✴Fat body makes a person lethargic and lazy.
✴It also has a bad effect on brain upto some extent
✴Eating a lot of fried food also leads to alzheimer's
✴It also leads to inflammation in the body

So it's better to avoid eating fried food regulary and everyone should follow a healthy diet. But fried food can be eaten sometimes.
