Why should we follow the laws of the constitution

The purpose of constitution is to lay down the basic principles of freedom to state what the government shall do and what it shall refrain from doing

Why should we follow the laws of the constitution ?

Answer :-

The Constitution is a document containing all the Rights and duties including the rules and regulations of a citizen of India .

If we don't abide the laws of the Constitution , then we cannot enjoy the Fundamental Rights of the Constitution .

On top of that , the Constitution has several protections . If we violate it's laws , then we will be punished for doing so.

We have three bodies in our administration :

(i) Executive

(ii) Legislative

(iii) Judicial

The 3 rd body is the most Supreme body : the Judicial body .

The Executive executes laws and the Legislative makes laws .

The Judicial body protects laws !

The Judicial body has the Right to punish people who violated the Constitution.

So : we should abide the laws to avoid punishment.
