why should we have a balanced diet for healthy muscles

Balanced diet comes of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals etc..... which make our diet healthy.... if we take balanced diet we will be healthy and diseases which are transmitted by food will not enter...
our muscles will be strong if we take balance diet....

having a Balanced diet keeps u healthy how, i will tell u see.
If not eating outside stuff ur stomach must remain empty and then the time of hone u will be much hungry ans a result u will that food even if it the worst food for you u stomach suggestion process will be better and hence u will get extra nutrients, fats and proties which is required for healthy for our muscles and body.
