•our cells need to take out toxins from body.
•this is done by them through sweating.
sweat takes away the toxins from body and helps in maintaining body temperature.
•moreover, water helps to break down food molecules easily with the help of enzymes to produce smaller food molecules along with energy.
•urine is mostly water which contains nitrogenous waste.
we can survive by just drinking 2-3 glasses of water then what is the need to drink 8-10 glasses of water?
=> we can survive but it would be like eating 1 meal per day.
=> our body demands water to function properly without this:
◆ you will feel tired.
◆ you will get stressed.
◆ you will lose ability to learn faster.
