The group of fat soluble vitamins are stored in our body. Thus, it is okay if one does not include these vitamins in the daily diet everyday. The water-soluble vitamins are soluble in water and are not stored in the body fat. Thus, one needs to include these vitamins at least 2 to 3 times a week in their diet.
