Vitamins should be included in our food as they prevent our body from catching deficiency. The following deficiency diseases are caused by lack of following vitamins:
1) Vitamin A- Night Blindness
2) Vitamin B- beriberi
3) Vitamin C- Scurvy
4) Vitamin D- Rickets
5) Vitamin E- Sterility
6) Vitamin K- Its deficiency causes long and pro-fused bleeding and it takes longer time for blood to clot.
