A wet cloth is kept on forehead to lower down the body temperature of the person . It is done when a person is suffering from fever. Cloth is first dampened in water then is twisted to remove water, leaving a cold cloth and then is kept on the forehead , leading that hot temperature to evaporate and thus cooling down your temperature.
