The main reason is that they dont cover the food which inturn spreads diseases which is not good for health.... We should not eat food from street vendors because food of street vendors is unhygienic,mixed with dirt present in air and so on.

We Should Not Buy Food Items From Street Vendors Because:-

• UNHYGIENIC:- The food items that are served on the street are mostly kept exposed and free from all the pollution, dust and dirt. The exposed food is also uncovered to house flies, mosquitos and other infection-transmitting insects that can in turn transmit the diseases to the consumers.

• INGREDIENTS:- Mostly the ingredients or the raw materials which are used to prepare the street food are very unhygienic and come from hazardous sources. Most of m the vegetables, fruits and other ingredients and raw materials are stained or polluted and most sellers do not bother washing or cleaning them.

• UNHEALTHY:- The food item that is served by street vendors is often unhealthy with high in sodium and fats.

• OLD FOOD:- A lot of the food that is served by roadside sellers are not fresh. Street vendors a lot of times serve old food that might have gone sour so as to not waste any food.

• ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION:- The consumption of street food compels utensils and mostly plastic plates, bowls or cups which are used to serve street food. The vast use of plastic stances a threat to the environment as it is problematic to dispose off these items.
