why should we not laugh at others?

Laughing and making fun of somebody's or his mistake even it would be a very silly one, actually is a kind of dishonoring him in public.

Nobody likes to be dishonored at any time and place.

This starts a habit leads to critical problems:- It slows down the process of learning - It end-up  unreal confidence to people in a group, that creates bigger problems for the intellectuals
