The pencil contain lead concentration in it namely PB when we put it in our ears there is chances of lead going in the ears which may damage our ears

The pens nib is sharp enough to harm the ear when it enters the ear it may damage the ear drum

because it can hurt our ears as the pencil is sharp hence we should not put up pencil in our ear.
