We should not wait at the foothill while it is raining because it is very risky and dangerous to do so. The soil, stones and other substances of which the hill is made up of become loose. There could be a big landslide and you could be buried in it.

we should not take shelter at the foot of hill when it rains heavily cuz the mud nd even roots come with huge force which can cause a persona death so better to take shelter under a safe building.
