We should not use plastic bags because they cause harm to us as I'd we use the plastic to wrap food then the food will be poisoned . And it cause harm to our body.

If it is swallowed by cows or dogs it will kill the animal as the plastic will not allow the oxygen to go inside the Lungs. .
