we should not only save birds but save every creature made by God because Each creature is

meant for different aims.

without having some creatures habitat will come to effect

If we don't save the birds there will be an imbalance in the ecosystem. As we know birds eat insects and if one day birds vanished or become less then there will be hoards of insects and they will destroy our crops thus we won't have much to eat and our existence will also be endangered.
