why should we study history of cricket as a part of our syllabus?

we should study history of cricket as a part of our syllabus because it was happened on some time and date so it is a part of history we can know which year it was started how long did it went off we can know in which place it is orginally played and how many people or groups played

because its a well known game these days and to be a part of there lots of viewers and fans its too to good to know how is arise ? how is develop ? and who were the first to play this . This is also important because its a way we can incourage  people to play not only play but creat something new . one of its own kind like cricket .
