Why should we substitute fertilisers by organic manture

fertilizers are chemical salts that enrich the soil's nutrients.they are made of chemicals . they , when used in large quantities, pollute the water and soil. large amount of fertilizer get absorbed in vegetables and fruits and harm our health.
manure is made from organic stuff like cowdung,etc.
thus they are a better option
