Hi
Hydrazine is rocket fuel. When combined with nitrogen tetroxide in a rocket engine, it will ignite forcefully.and zoom out of the engine nozzle. By Newton's 3rd law of motion, the engine will experience thrust in the opposite direction. That thrust is used to push the ISS, or other spacecraft, around.
The advantage of hydrazine + nitrogen tetroxide is that you don't need a starter, like in a hydrogen + oxygen engine. That reduces the risk of the engine not starting, as well as eliminates the weight of a starter system.
