Why should we turn off ignore zeros in output statistics

you can assign very low numbers instead. The low number depends on the range of your data. For example if the range are between 0 and 1 you should assign less than 0.00001. But not very low because all softwares have a level of rounding so it may turn to zero in the procedures and give same results.
