Why should we use black and blue pen for writing question and answer and others things .we should not write in any other colour pen?why?

black and blue are formal colours as our sheet is white so other than white black and blue color are used as they are elegant and formal.

It is because, teacher use red coloured ink pen and principal use green coloured ink pen and in white paper, we need dark ink to write to see clearly and other than blue or black, the dark coloured ink pen are available but blue and black ink are discovered first and early than other coloured ink pens. I think that's why, we mostly use black and blue pens to write questions and answers.
