we wear cotton clothes in summer because cotton clothes help us to make more comfortable in summer as sun can't take energy from our body inside the cotton clothes. That's why we people wear cotton in summer.

cotton allows air to pass through due to which we dont feel suffocated. rate of sweat production increases if air donot reach our skin. as summers are usually hot, will generate lots of sweat from skin and cotton has the absorbing capacity of sweat too. so cotton is preferred during summer
