Importance of Forest:
- There are various and numerous reasons for which we should be vigilant about matters related to saving our forests which has been there far away from us and this are few particular reasons behind it.
- If there is a certain decrease in forest area we would definitely face an extrusive increase in carbon dioxide in air which is directly or indirectly harmful for our body and this certain propaganda would clearly lead us to an increase in the temperature on the earth’s surface.
- Soil erosion would occur if there are no forests because if there are no forest it directly means no trees and shrubs and nothing relating to the forest items the soil cannot hold itself so the soil can gradually be flushed away by the rain which eventually will turn the soil into a barren surface which has no needs or hold any valuable properties in it.
- Floods would be more frequent in absence of forests because the water will easily flow through a barren land rather than a marshy forest land.
- Forests provide shelter and food to animals and even to the human beings. When forests are adversely affected, the habitats of wild animals are also adversely affected which in turn leads to the damage of our ecosystem and can indirectly lead to an extinction of wild animals and other species of insects, birds, and other useful living beings.
- Therefore, we must conserve and take a good care of our forest land although it is far away from us.
