Skilled manpower is what makes the organization successful. Organization assumes more than one person working in concert and it is the skill of those individuals as a group that makes whatever the organization is doing possible. The skill doesn’t necessarily need to be something particularly technical but must directly relate to the tasks the person is performing. A skilled waitperson with the requisite personality skills and attention to customers adds immeasurably to the success of the talented chef in a restaurant. A manager skilled at making employees see their value and who motivates the group to work as a collaborative unit may have few of the technical skills of the various members. The key for any business is employing people who are highly skilled at the particular tasks of each position.
